Franklin Gothic is the solo project of musician Jay DiBartolo. Working out of his home studio in Portland, Oregon, the independent singer/songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist draws inspiration from a wide range of musical influences stemming back to his early '90s childhood.

Jay's songwriting showcases a variety of styles, challenging the expectation that a band, record, or song is bound to any specific genre. The name Franklin Gothic, derived from the early 20th century typeface, is a nod to Jay's life as a designer.
